A grieving woman was described as “wild” when she went on a drinking binge and launched an unprovoked attack on a Good Samaritan

Lisa Mylroie drank four pints and a bottle of wine and then pushed a woman who had tried to help her into a shelf and wall causing a wound to her head.

Mylroie, 43, of Devona Avenue, Marton, pleaded guilty to assault.

She was sentenced to a 12 months community order with up to 10 days rehabilitation to be supervised by the probation service, fined £1 with a £150 court charge plus £100 compensation by Blackpool magistrates.
