And the winter sun shone for the couple's big day.

In fact the couple, of Calder Road in Blackpool, booked their wedding in October, just four months before their big day on February 2 at Singleton Lodge.

They met six years ago when Scott was playing in the semi-finals of a competition with his football team. After meeting up on the night out afterwards, they hit it off straight away and romance blossomed.
Scott, a train driver operations team leader, proposed on a family holiday in Lloret de Mar at a restaurant with their children and his whole family there.

Sinead, 31, who is a dental nurse said: The day to us was just amazing from start to finish, we booked it mid October so it wasnt anything to lavish but it was nice simple and classy - nothing fancy just love.
The couple tied the knot in front of all their family and friends.
Guests enjoyed the fun of a photo booth and there was a candy cart for everyone in the evening. They also have a fabulous video of the day to look back on.
Scotts word would be excellent as this is a word the registrar said after his vows and he copied as a bit of a joke!" said Sinead."He, however cried throughout the day and he loved every moment.
I loved the day. I wish I could do it all over again.
"It was so special and it was lovely to spend it with all our nearest and dearest.
