VIDEO: Stunning Blackpool's landmarks viewed by a drone

Filmed via a drone, flown with full Civil Aviation Authority approval, the footage shows Blackpool Tower, the Comedy Carpet, the piers and Pleasure Beach in all their glory, from a previously-unseen viewpoint

and the town looks superb.

The footage was shot by David Fox and his firm Flying Fox Media, and they show a beautiful side to the resort.

He said: “We take footage for a number of reasons, a historic capture as such, and we also sometimes provide to production companies for films or marketing, for example some of our aerial footage from Merseyside was used in One Born Every Minute.

“We hope your readers enjoy seeing the town and front from the unique perspective.”
