She was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt, black leggings and white Converse trainers.

Police say she is thought to be in the company of Gary Hall, 25, from Preston, who is also missing.

He is wanted in connection with an assault which happened at around 6pm on Monday February 22 in the car park of the Phantom Winger pub on Garstang Road, Fulwood when a 23-year-old man was struck over the head with a glass.

It is thought that they could both be in the Blackpool area.

Her older sister Natasha Tilley, 25, said her younger sister ‘has a heart of gold’.

She said: “We’re really worried now. I don’t know where she is.

“She’s a lovely girl. So pretty. She has a heart of gold and she’s so kind, unfortunately though this does mean she is lead astray easily.

“I last spoke to her about three weeks ago. My mum is really worried.”

“We believe she could be in the company of Gary Hall and we are keen to hear from anyone who knows of their whereabouts.

“Similarly Sinead, if you see this appeal, please get in touch with us to let us know you are safe.”

Anyone with information can contact police on 101 quoting log 851 of 27th February.
