UPDATED: Body discovered on St Annes beach
The body of a man in 50’s has been discovered on the beach at St Annes, police said.
The man, who has not yet been named, was discovered by a dog walker just left of the pier shortly after 7am on Tuesday.
Police said the man, who is originally from Blackpool, had not been in the water and that his death is not being treated as suspicious.
Officers said early indications show the man had collapsed and died while out walking.
