Delays on Preston New Road due to demonstration

Delays are reported around the Cuadrilla site on Preston New Road due to a demonstration.

Traffic is reported to be slow in both directions between Moss House Lane and Plumpton Lane.

The incident was first reported at around midday on April, 21.
