Car seized after 61-year-old driver reveals they have never had a licence

Police have seized a car in Blackpool after it was revealed that the driver, 61, has never had a licence.

In a tweet, Lancashire Road Police said that they had seized the silver Vauxhall Agila.

The driver was reported for offences.
