Blackpool’s landmark Tower lit up tonight’d dreary rain-sodden sky red white and blue in memory of those killed in the Paris terrorist attacks.

The tower was among scores of momuments throughout the world, including Tower Bridge in London to be illuminated in tribute to the innocent victims of the massacre.

The six separate attacks left more than 140 people dead, including 87 young people who were attending a rock concert at the Bataclan Music Hall.

The Syndey Opera House in Australia, the Calagary Tower in Canada, and the One World Trade Centre in Manhatten in New York also showed their support by lighting up red, white and blue.
