Tools firm opens in Fleetwood

Screwfix has launched its most recent store '“ at Fleetwood.

The Denham Way store officially opened its doors on Thursday and is part of the company’s growing network of over 580 nationwide.

Open seven days a week and from 7am Monday to Friday, it also provides a convenient, click and collect service for tools and treade essentials customers. Screwfix’s Fleetwood Store Manager, Gavin Matthew said: “We chose to open a new store in Fleetwood to better meet the needs of the local tradespeople.

“Many of our new customers previously shopped with Screwfix at our stores in Mowbray Drive or Vicarage Lane, Blackpool, so we’re delighted to bring Screwfix even closer to them for greater convenience.

“Our celebration period, which ran from Thursday, August 16, and throughout the weekend until Sunday 19th August 2018, attracted hundreds of customers.

“We have received fantastic support from the local homes or community facilities and are looking forward to welcoming and helping more tradespeople and serious DIYers over the coming months.”
