Lexi Bullock, 19, of Barton Road, St Annes, pleaded guilty to breach of the peace and was bound over in the sum of £100 for 12 months by Blackpool magistrates.

Pam Smith, prosecuting, said police got a report Bullock was outside her mother’s address in Blackpool’s Queen Street with a lighter saying she was going to set fire to the address on June 13.

When police arrived Bullock started swearing and became aggressive threatening officers.

She struggled wildly as she was restrained.

She was in breach of two previous orders binding her over to keep the peace.

Suzanne Mugford, defending, said Bullock, who lived with her grandmother, wanted a full-time relationship with her mother.

Sometime Bullock’s mum refused to see her and that confused her.

The day of the offence Bullock her mother and her mother’s partner had had a good time at a bar.

When they got back to the mother’s address the atmosphere changed and Bullock’s mother asked her to leave.

She did not know why her mother had asked her to go and she got upset.
