Teenager accused of neglecting her baby

Nineteen-year-old Kelsay Davis is accuse of neglecting the infant causing him unnecessary suffering and injury to health.

The offence is alleged to have taken place in Blackpool between June and September last year.

Davis, now of Helmside Road, Oxenholme near Kendal, Cumbria was bailed to appear at Preston Crown Court on September 16 by District Judge James Hatton sitting at Blackpool Magistrates Court.

She received bail providing she has no unsupervised contact with children.
