An attack victim has undergone plastic surgery after he was punched and kicked outside a Poulton nightspot.

The 27-year-old, who police say is from the Cleveleys area, was attacked close to the entrance of Cube on Breck Road after the bar had closed.

He was punched and kicked in the face leaving him with a broken tooth and a tear to his top lip. He has since had plastic surgery and extensive dental work.

The incident happened around 3am on Saturday November 1 but police only released details yesterday.

PC Paul Hill, of Blackpool Police, said: “Although it has been more than two months since this assault, we are still keen to trace anyone who may have witnessed what happened and I would urge them come forward and make contact with us.”
