Pupils from Bispham High School felt the heat as they took to a working kitchen to produce a three-course dinner for 30 guests.

The Year 10 GCSE hospitality pupils put their knowledge into practice at the Courtfield Restaurant, in Blackpool and The Fylde College, on June 12, guided by the college’s NVQ students.

Diners praised their professionalism and profits will go to charity.
