Strictly Come Dancing ready for Blackpool Tower Ballroom

Ahead of a full day of rehearsals on the hallowed floor, the eight celebrities and their professional partners had an early start - getting to the Tower between 8am and 9am today.

Despite the time, they were all smiles on the red carpet, in anticipation of the broadcast live to the UK tomorrow night (BBC1,6.50pm).

Competing are Anita Rani and Gleb Savchenko, Georgia May Foote and Giovanni, Helen George and Aljaz Skorjanec, Jamelia and Tristan MacManus, Jay McGuinness and Aliona Vilani, Katie Derham and Anton Du Beke, Kellie Bright and Kevin Clifton, and Peter Andre and Janette Manrara.
