Cleveleys based Ormrods Solicitors and Advocates has appointed seasoned legal expert Sharif Ela in a new role as the company’s private client solicitor.
An experienced trust and estate practitioner with over 20 years in the legal and financial services profession, Mr Ela will be helping the firm meet increased demand for its services.
A Notary Public, he will oversee a range of different legal needs on behalf of clients, from drawing up Power of Attorney documentation and long term care fee planning to managing complex probate cases and the administration of estates.
Mr Ela is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the worldwide professional association for legal professionals who advise on family law.

The accreditation is widely regarded as the industry ‘gold standard’.

He previously worked in banking with HSBC.
