Search underway for missing Blackpool boy who disappeared on his way to college

A search is ongoing for a 16-year-old who disappeared on his way to college last week.

Police say they are becoming increasingly concerned for Locklan Marsden-Price, who went missing on the morning of Wednesday, September 9.

Locklan was last seen leaving home to attend college, but the youngster never made it to class.

He has not been seen or heard from since.

Officers say Locklan is white, 5'8" tall, with a slim build and short, light, mousey-brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a navy blue Under Armour polo shirt, navy blue joggers, blue Nike trainers and carrying a white JD drawstring bag.

The teenager also has links to West Yorkshire.

A police spokesman said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned about the welfare of 16-year-old Locklan Marsden-Price, who has been reported missing from Blackpool.

"Locklan was last seen on Wednesday, September 9 when he left his home address in Blackpool to attend college. He has not been seen since.

"We are concerned for his welfare and are appealing for your help to find Locklan."
