Rowley’s Catering, which is based at Blackpool FC’s Bloomfield Road stadium, has been confirmed as the official caterer of the Be Inspired Business Awards, the BIBAs, which will hold its ceremony at The Blackpool Tower in September.

It is the firm catered for a sell-out crowd at the venue last year and its success has seen it reappointed by the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, which organises the awards.

Rowley’s Catering director Lindsay Campbell said: “Every menu we create is a different story and requires a middle and an end, the BIBAs 2016 ceremony is no exception.

“We try and tell a story on a plate instead of on pages in a book, we build the anticipation to finish on a high note and have built a reputation for our innovative menus, in particular our dessert dish.

“The dessert is the dish we spend the longest time on developing and testing, tweaking, getting it ready and preparing for the big night.

“It is always a closely guarded secret, I think Paul Rowley has really excelled himself this time and it promises to be a show stopper and of course exclusive to the BIBAs guests.”

Rowley’s Catering is one of a number of Lancashire suppliers which will benefit from contracts from the BIBAs, which spent £140,000 across the county in 2015.
