Residents have told of their shock following the death of a man in Fleetwood, for which a man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
The man, believed to be in his 60's, was found unconscious last night near the Kings Arms pub, on Lord Street, and was later pronounced dead at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.

Jean Chappell, 68, from Fleetwood, said she couldn't believe what had happened and said that the economy is having an affect on the area.
She added: "The town has deteriorated since the fishing has gone. I've lived here all my life and it's terrible how bad it has gone.
Another man, who wished to remain anonymous, said he saw a "fight" occur outside the pub that led to the incident.
Some passers by had stopped to look at the scene which was cordoned off.
The Kings Arms landlord declined to comment about the incident.
A 62-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
Police said they were called just after 7pm on Sunday, following reports of an assault at the Kings Arms.
Det Ch Insp Gareth Willis, of Lancashire Police, said: “My thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who has sadly died.
“We are at the very early stages of our investigation and would appeal to anyone with information, or who saw what happened, to come forward if you have yet to speak to police.”
