Hide AdGerry Coyle, defending, said Savage had been out with friends and fallen asleep at a friend’s home. She woke about 5am and felt fine to drive. The loss of her licence would have serious repercussions, as she worked at a hotel in St Annes and she had a disabled sister living with her.
