Promotion for Fylde solicitor as commercial property thrives

Sophie Coane, who works within the commercial property team at Napthens’ Blackpool and The Fylde office, at Whitehills Business Park, has been promoted to associate solicitor.

She joined Napthens in 2013 as a trainee and qualified in 2015, specialising in commercial property.

She handles a wide range of matters for clients ranging from large companies and national operators through to individuals and sole traders.

Paul Hardy, partner and head of commercial property at Napthens, said: “This is a well-earned promotion and is testament to her commitment and hard work. It is also indicative of the progress the team in Blackpool is making.

"There is so much going on in the area with Blackpool in particular seeing a lot of development work, and demand for the team’s services has increased significantly so these are exciting times.”

The news comes as newly-qualified solicitor Matthew Parr also joins the team in Blackpool after completing his training program at Napthens.
