Police set to host online safety Q&A session

Lancashire Police is holding a question and answer session on Facebook to discuss the importance of internet safety and to mark Safer Internet Day today.

The annual campaign, now in its 12th year, is celebrated in more than 65 countries, and recognises the importance of the internet, how to get the most out of it and how to use it safely and responsibly.

Det Con Mark Laing, Lancashire Police’s Cyber Crime Liaison Officer, will be holding a question and answer session on Facebook today between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.
