POLICE are appealing for information after a teenage girl went missing from her Blackpool home.

Latitia Lingard-Carthy, 15, left her house on Cambray Road in Blackpool at around 6pm on Sunday to go out with friends.

She has not returned home since and her family are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.

Latitia is described as white, around 5ft 7ins tall, and of medium build.

She has very long, dark brown, straight hair, blue eyes, a nose piercing and she speaks with a North West accent.

When she was last seen, she was wearing a flowery top, a black cardigan, black leggings and UGG boots.

PC Andy Cox said: “Both police and Latitia’s family are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare so we would urge Latitia to get in touch to let us know that she is safe.

“Similarly, if anyone who thinks they may have seen her, we would ask them to contact police as soon as possible.”

Anyone with any information can contact police on 101 quoting log number LC-20120409-0039.
