Person treated by firefighters after cooker blaze
One person was treated by fire fighters after a cooker blaze in Hornby Road, Blackpool.
However, the first aid was given as a ‘precaution’, the fire service said, with paramedics asked not to attend.
Two crews from Blackpool fire station were called to the house at around 10.45pm on Tuesday, before putting out the fire and using a ventilation unit to clear the property of smoke, the spokesman added.
