Person injured after falling from sea wall in Blackpool
A person was injured after falling from the sea wall on Blackpool Promenade this morning.
The North West ambulance service, Lytham coastguard, Lancashire fire and rescue service and the police were called to the sea front near the war memorial at around 4am.
A coastguard spokesman said: "A great multi agency response resulted in a successful outcome. Casualty taken to hospital and all units were stood down."
