Person hospitalised after being electrocuted in Blackpool
A person has being hospitalised after they suffered a serious electric shock in Blackpool yesterday (Tuesday, September 15).

Firefighters were called to reports of a gas leak in Greenhill Place, off Talbot Road, at 1.14pm.
Two fire engines attended and crews gave emergency first aid to one person who was suffering from the effects of electrocution.

Hide AdThe casualty was taken to Blackpool Victoria Hospital by ambulance and the incident was handed over to Electricity North West.
The current condition of the electrocuted person is not known.
Electricity North West have been approached for comment.
