The training academy will teach people who are, or who want to be, beauty therapists in a variety of skills such as make-up and eyelash treatments.

Sam came along for the big launch event, with Nina and the 12 educators based at the centre.

Nina said: “Sam really loved our academy and she is interested in herself and her sister Billie being trained by me down in Essex.

“She asked if I would be interested in going down to Essex to do that.

“Sam was really impressed with the academy, including our T-shirts.

“She spent a lot of time talking to us and she loved meeting my son Béla.

“We have had so much interest in our courses, we have now hired admin staff to contact everyone.

“It’s looking to be a huge success and we are so excited for what the future has in store.”

The academy is running fully-accredited and insured courses, using some of the its own branded professional and retail products.

Among the courses on offer are Russian lashes, eyebrow treatments and design, nails, make-up, micro-blading, nail art, spray tanning, and body treatments.

The Russian lash training and educators will be managed by Jodie Turner, from Lytham, known as the “lash lady” – something of a local celebrity in the beauty treatment world.

Nina said: “I’ve got 12 years experience in the beauty industry and I felt training people would be the next natural step.”
