“Please make use of it, you will not feel alone, and as a community we are here to keep us all going.

“We may have to self-isolate, however isolation can be dangerous to our mental health, which here at SASS, we can try to lift your spirits.

“We will share useful information and also the main point is we will reassure you you’re not on your own.

“Our Facebook group has oodles of useful, interesting and not forgetting live interviews with some of our ladies who have been through very different inspirational journeys. SASS is projected as a magazine and it is free and its there for you 24/7.

“Look out for each other, stay safe and with the help of each other we can get through this. Remember we are a vital tool to help you.”

SASS provides online daily challenges to encourage motivation and there are sub-groups to tap into, as well as a book club. This month’s collection is to support foster children with suitcases they can use when they go to new families. This will be up and running when its safe to do so. Search for ‘SASS’ on Facebook.
