Heritage Trust for the North West has appointed three people with a wealth of experience and skills to deliver a Heritage Lottery Fund project to develop the Hall and parkland over the next three years.
The team is led by project manager Simon Thorpe and he is supported by volunteer and training coordinator Alan Hulme and activity plan officer Marianne Blaauboer.

They are also getting to know the volunteers and organisations including the Friends of Lytham Hall.
Building work is not expected to start until 2015 but plenty of other work will be under way during 2014. This includes an archaeological project in the courtyard and restoration of the gardens.
