Land cleared between Bispham Road and Bromley Close, near Layton train station

The three-bedroom homes, which would get one car parking space each, may be built on land off Pearl Avenue, behind Bromley Close and Bispham Road, plans lodged at the town hall recently revealed.

The land was recently cleared of shrubbery and trees, and is next to another parcel of green land.

In documents, applicant Mr D Parsons, through Alan Jones Chartered Surveyors, said the adjacent site did not contain trees or hedges that ‘might be important as part of the local landscape character’.
