New houses to be built on site called '˜Willows'

Jones Homes has received planning permission to build six traditional two storey houses on land on Fisher’s Lane, just off Common Edge Road.

Building on the site (which will be known as The Willows) is planned to start this summer.

It is expected that several of the houses will be ready for occupation by autumn.

John Roocroft, regional director at Jones Homes, said: “The Fylde coast is a very important area for the company and our plans for a truly exclusive development on Fisher’s Lane are simply superb.

“With its sought-after setting in Marton Fold, we are confident that there will be high demand for the six family homes at The Willows.

Prices for the properties have yet to be released.
