Motorcyclist, 60, hurt in M55 crash
A 60-year-old man was taken to hospital after his motorbike crashed with a car on a motorway junction.
Paramedics were called to the crash at junction 4 of the M55, turning onto Preston New Road, at around 4.10pm today.
The motorcyclist was taken by ambulance to Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
A spokesman for the North West ambulance service could not say whether the driver of the car had been injured.
