Man fell from hotel roof
A man has been taken to hospital after falling from the roof of a hotel.
The 60-year-old man had been carrying out repairs to the first floor roof of the Woodfield Hotel on Woodfield Road when he fell at around 9.30am.
An ambulance was called and he was taken to Blackpool Victoria Hospital with suspected leg injuries at around 9.40am.
A North West ambulance spokesman said: “There was no major trauma.”
