Waterloo Road in Blackpool. Picture: Google Firefighters were called to Waterloo Road in Blackpool by the RSPCA at about 2.45pm on Sunday, after the kittens became stuck.
They used a ladder to reach the ledge, and the kittens were taken away by the RSPCA.
