Kitchen fire in flat
Firefighters tackled a blaze at a flat in Blackpool.
Two fire engines and crews from Blackpool responded to a report of a fire in the kitchen of a flat on Claremont Court.
Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used a hosereel jet to extinguish the fire, which was cooking related.
They then set up a portable fan unit to extinguish the smoke.
No-one was injured.
The incident happened at around 8pm yesterday.
