Aspiring surgeons at a Blackpool college put their scalpels - and stomachs - to the test as they dissected animal carcasses to expand their medical knowledge.

Students at Blackpool Sixth Form College took part in the day-long course they won’t soon forget on Wednesday to further their understanding of human anatomy and pathology.
