Health chiefs want to celebrate the achievements of those who go the extra mile to help others.
The NHS Fylde and Wyre Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is urging residents to nominate people who have made outstanding contributions towards transforming the lives of others for an award.
NHS Fylde and Wyre CCG chairman Mary Dowling said: “The CCG aims to commission high-quality, local health services across Fylde and Wyre.

“This is the first time the CCG has decided to deliver an awards ceremony at the AGM and we cannot wait to read through all of the nominations.
“We want to hear from as many residents, workers and organisations in Fylde and Wyre as possible.”
