SAVE Lytham Hall project manager Paul Hodgkiss will step down from his position on December 15.
Mr Hodgkiss helped secure millions of pounds for the listed Hall, but must be step down due to Lottery funding regulations.
He said: “There are a number of tasks that have to be completed prior to receiving permission to commence the restoration.
“One of those tasks relate to the position of project manager, an existing member of staff cannot be employed, and in order that the Trust complies, my contract will end.
“Everyone associated with the hall can be extremely proud of their contributions to the plans to restore it. During my time here I could not have worked with a more diverse and enthusiastic group from the planners, funders and strategists of local government, county council and major funding bodies, to the volunteer groups in Fylde, local business group, local Mini owners club, Ormerod Group, Outdoor Theatre Group, Café owners, schools, colleges and the volunteers.”
