Grinning face of man wanted by police after car damaged in St Annes
A car windscreen was cracked when it was trampled on during a World Cup penalty shoot-out.
The incident happened close to the Victoria Hotel pub on Church Road, St Annes, at around 10pm on July 3 following the England team's win against Colombia.
Police would like to speak with a man, pictured, in connection with the investigation.
