The aim of the project is to give Fylde students the opportunity to visit Germany and take part in a work placement project in the next academic year.
Sandra Underwood, school link co-ordinator, said: “This project is the first of its kind at LSA and it was a great success.
“Students from our school hosted some of the students and the students from Germany were able to practise their English and us our German.
“Providing our students with these types of international exchanges is a great way for them to learn about other cultures and become more global in their way of thinking.”
