Garstang’s annual charity run went off without a hitch as 100 people took to the streets.
This year’s seven mile ‘Garstang Gallop’ supported the charity Facial Palsy UK after two members found their son Orrin suffered with the condition.
Danielle Burrows and Toby Fisher had Orrin earlier this year and thanked everyone who took part as all the money raised went to the charity.
Sometimes known as facial paralysis, this is a condition resulting from damage, absence or impairment of the facial nerve supplying the muscles of facial function and expression.
Racers registered at Garstang Sports Club before beginning the race at The Royal Oak at 11am.
Bridge Street was closed for the race.
