Fylde paid the penalty for conceding three first half tries in the space of 15 minutes as they slipped to defeat in this National League One clash at the Woodlands
They trailed 21-7 at half-time and though they had the vast majority of the territory in the second period, their rally fell short and out of time.
Fylde took the lead after five minutes with a Jack Turley try, converted by Greg Smith.
The visitors drew level with a try by Harry Bate, converted by Ben Palmer seven minutes later.
Old Albanian moved ahead after 21 minutes with a try by player-coach James Shanahan, converted in front of the posts by Palmer.
Jack Daly's try and Palmer conversion made it 21-7 for Old Albanian on 27 minutes.
To add to Fylde's woes skipper Chris Briers was yellow-carded in the run-up to half-time.
On 56 minutes, Fylde pulled a try back through Evan Stewart, converted by Smith, who went on to land a penalty after 77.
Fylde gained a losing bonus point.
