Police were called to a Blackpool hotel after a disturbance broke out at a traveller wedding.
Around 300 guests were celebrating at the Village Urban Resort - formerly the De Vere Hotel – on East Park Drive, Blackpool, on Tuesday evening when the fracas broke out.
Police were called just after midnight and remained at the hotel for an hour to ensure non-residents of the venue left peacefully.
A spokesman for Lancashire Police said: “The police turned up at the request of the security staff who were working at the wedding.
“There was a disturbance taking place at a function.
“When officers got there most people had dispersed.
“There were around 300 guests at the wedding.”
No arrests were made and no injuries were reported to the police.
