First flight departs for Spanish isle

Staff and passengers celebrated a Blackpool based airline’s first flight to sunny Menorca.

Air stewards donned flamenco style costumes to send off the company’s first full flight to the Balearic Island yesterday.

Weekly flights from Blackpool to Menorca start at £48 per person including taxes and it’s first full flight took off with 145 passengers .
