Light up the sparklers, crack open the toffee - Bonfire Night extravaganzas are back.

A host of spectacular firework displays will light up the Fylde skies tomorrow night and later this week.

Visitors will be kept safe and entertained from start to finish

This year’s Blackpool Cricket Club firework fiesta hosts a 25-minute display tomorrow night with the huge bonfire to be lit starting at 7pm followed by the fireworks display.

Tickets are available behind the cricket club bar, priced at £3 for singles and £10 for family tickets.

Lytham Round Table hosts its 42nd spectacular fireworks display, at Fylde Rugby Club in Ansdell, where the main display will begin at 7.30pm.

A funfair, including food and drink stalls, will be on site for all the family to enjoy.

David Barley, of Lytham Round Table, said: “Our Tablers are gearing up to make sure visitors are kept safe and entertained from start to finish.

“Our previous firework displays have helped raise much-needed funds for local charities and we are keen to continue to show our support.”

A key event well-supported by the community over the years, more information can be found at www.roundtable.co.uk

Fleetwood’s fireworks start at 7:30pm with live music at 6pm from popular Fylde coast bands Belvadere and The Jeps with a samba act performance by Poco Loco.

A comedy twist to the evening’s events will be hosted by the Bread and Butter Theatre Company in cunning disguises and an appearance from Musical Ruth, the nun with a magical mobile piano.

Gates open at 5:30pm at Marine Hall Gardens, it is a free event - but donations are welcome.

A display has also been set up at Poulton Rotary Club, gates open at 6:30pm with an appearance from the Blue Pig Orchestra.

And if one night is not enough, St Annes Cricket Club hosts its fireworks on Friday with a funfair, food and drink. It costs £2 for singles and £5 family tickets, doors open at 4pm and fireworks begin at 7:30pm.
