Find out about adopting at hotel event

Today marks the start of National Adoption Week, which is this year focussing on siblings, as sibling groups are among the children who wait longest to be adopted.

Blackpool Council’s experienced adoption team will be hosting an open event on Thursday between 3pm and 7.30pm at the Hilton Hotel, on the Promenade, Blackpool, answering any questions.

Real life Blackpool adopters will also be at the event to share their thoughts and experiences.

And you need not live in Blackpool to adopt with Blackpool Council, as the authority actively recruits within a 50 mile radius.
