Fears over teenager missing for a month

Police are growing '˜increasingly concerned' about a 17-year-old boy who disappeared from his Kirkham home more than a month ago.

Alexander Wesley was last seen at his house on Wyre Avenue around midday on October 4. His family have not heard from him since.

He is described as white, 6ft 3ins, of slim build with short, dark brown, wavy hair. He was last seen wearing a navy blue hooded top and jeans and glasses.

He is thought to have links to the Kirkham and Bispham areas.

PC Lloyd Jones said: “It has been a number of days since Alex went missing now and we are getting very worried about him. We want to find him to make sure he is safe and I would urge anyone who has seen him or has any information on his whereabouts to contact us.

“Similarly we would urge Alex, if he sees this appeal, to get in touch with us or his family to let us know he is okay.”
