Fylde coast outlet shopping destination, Affinity Lancashire, saw a fun-filled and successful relaunch event over the spring bank holiday weekend.

The former Freeport Fleetwood centre announced its new name, Affinity Lancashire, as it becomes part of the group under owners Global Mutual Ltd.

Affinity Lancashire Centre Manager, Amanda Daniels said: “We are thrilled with the relaunch of Affinity Lancashire and love our contemporary new logo; it really identifies the scheme as an exciting and contemporary destination and we saw great feedback from visitors throughout the weekend.

“This is a great opportunity for us to work with the local community and strengthen those ties which is hugely important to our brand. We’re looking forward to more exciting developments so watch this space.”

The weekend event featured an array of activities to entertain families such as craft workshops and treasure trails with prizes, while parents were treated to deals from brands such as Gap and Tresspass. All of this was supported by a live, onsite broadcast by the Wave FM team.
