A former soldier was found with two snaps bags of cocaine in his car.
Daniel Baines, unemployed, 29, of Fylde Street, Kirkham, pleaded guilty to possession of class A drugs.
Adrian Hollamby, prosecuting, said police at Blackpool searched Baines’s car on August 21.#
They found cocaine in the driver’s door storage area during the search.
He admitted paying £70 for the drugs which were for his own personal consumption.
David Charnley, defending, said his client had pleaded guilty at the earliest opportunity and the drugs were for his own use.
He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £150 court charge by Blackpool magistrates.
