Awaken, Blackpool’s specialist CSE team is conducting an awareness raising campaign that aims to highlight the issues surrounding CSE and encourage everyone to speak out.

The i newsletter cut through the noise

It will be held on the Comedy Carpet between 12-4pm today and tomorrow. CSE is a form of child abuse where a victim is given something - often food, money, drugs, alcohol, other gifts or just attention and affection – in exchange for sexual activity with the abuser.
