Pupils get creative to help inspire new generation

New starters at Blackpool’s Aspire Academy have played a key role in helping “sell” the school to prospective pupils.

Ahead of the school’s open evenings the new Year 7s were asked to help ensure the prospectus would hit the right note by looking through various design ideas to see what images and layouts appealed to their year group, ready for the prospectus company producing a final proof, before the print run.

I think they were impressed with the messages in our latest prospectus and the powerful messages built in to the individual letters that make up the work ASPIRE

John Topping, deputy principal said: “It is always useful gaining a view from the newest and youngest students in school as to what they find interesting and informative in school based publicity.
